ПРОВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ЦИТОКИНЫ IL-4 И IL-13 У ДЕТЕЙ С "НЕСЕКРЕТАНТНЫМ" И "СЕКРЕТАНТНЫМ" СТАТУСОМ АНТИГЕНА "Н" ПРИ ПИЩЕВОЙ АЛЛЕРГИИ
Аннотация
Проведен анализ особенностей продукции провоспалительных цитокинов IL-4 и IL-13 у детей с верифицированным диагнозом «Пищевая аллергия», имеющих "секретантный" и "несекретантный" статус по Н антигену. Показано, что у детей с "несекретантным" статусом содержание IL-4 в сыворотке крови, как маркера Тh2 воспаления, в 1,7 раза выше, чем у детей с "секретантным" статусом. Содержание IL-13 было также повышено, но не столь значительно. У детей с "несекретантным" статусом более высокий уровень содержания провоспалительных цитокинов коррелировал с более тяжелым течением аллергического воспаления, что позволило считать определение Н антигена в слюне детей и их матерей не инвазивным маркером в прогнозе течения аллергического воспаления у детей с пищевой аллергией.
