PHYSICO-CHEMICAL METHODS FOR INVESTIGATION OF OIL SLUDGE
Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of the formation and accumulation of oil sludge that is relevant
throughout the world. The results of research and analysis of existing literature materials on the classification of
oil sludge types, the causes and sources of oil sludge formation, ways of their processing and disposal from tanks
are presented. Physical and chemical methods for studying oil sludge are described, which make it possible to
determine the quality of oil sludge.
